Hypertension

Symptoms: 

Hypertension is another term used to describe high blood pressure. only when blood pressure readings soar to dangerously high levels (systolic of 180 or higher OR diastolic of 110 or higher) may obvious symptoms occur. Tests to diagnose: 

Monitoring blood pressure regularly is the only test to detect hypertension.

Normal blood pressure is when your blood pressure is lower than 120/80 mmHg most of the time. High blood pressure (hypertension) is when your blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg or above most of the time.

Treatment: 

Regular exercise, healthier eating habits, reducing stress, maintaining body weight, limiting the amount of salt, cut down on alcohol will help in lowering blood pressure. ACE inhibitors, Beta blockers, Renin inhibitors, Calcium channel blockers and Diuretics are some of the classes of drugs used in the treatment of jaundice.
